Why we love Twin Peaks Trail:
This is quite the unassuming trail that really delivers more than expected. The trail is a true single-track trail with sections that require full attention without feeling dangerous. The views atop the summit are quite impressive with views extending to the coast and further. Bonus: more times than not, there seem to be groups of butterflies swarming the summits which make for quite the magical experience.
TWIN PEAKS Trail
Twin Peaks trail about 1.5 – 1.9 round trip with 700ft of elevation gain and is rated as moderately strenuous due to the varying terrain. The hike is suitable for most hikers and will take about 1 hour to complete.
Meeting / PARKING
We will meet and park at Silverset Park in Poway: 14795 Silverset St, Poway, CA 92064
Maria Pandolfo will have a special Vinyasa flow for the group to enjoy at spacious Silverset Park. This will be a relaxing flow that will be great for all levels of aspiring yoga enthusiasts. Relax as Maria ends the session with a healing sound bath.
Suggested donation of $10.00 is appreciated and encouraged.

Maria is a Navy Veteran that has been practicing yoga for 12 years. Her fitness journey started with cross country running and has progressed through many different styles of exerting the body to its maximum potential. From Olympic lifting, Body Building, Cycling, HIIT, Aerial Silks, Hiking, Dance, and Rock Climbing with the only true constant being yoga. She knows that yoga compliments every type of workout by syncing mind-body awareness. She has completed her 200-hour teacher training and is eager to help other athletes find the same balance.
Maria believes health is a holistic practice – meaning the whole person is made up of interdependent parts and if one part is not working properly, all the other parts will be affected. Yoga gives the opportunity to not only align the body after tough workouts but also to bring attention to the mind and spirit to bring longevity to every fitness routine.
